These terms explain how approved affiliates, creators, advisors, consultants and referral partners may promote HubSecure, disclose commercial relationships and protect the accuracy of the brand.

Private program: HubSecure partner, affiliate and influencer access is approval-based. Public sign up does not create a right to commissions, rewards, product access or use of HubSecure trademarks.

1. Approval required

Only approved partners, affiliates, creators and influencers may promote HubSecure under a commercial relationship. We may approve, reject, pause or remove participation at our discretion, especially where audience fit, brand safety, legal compliance or quality standards are not met.

Approval may include campaign rules, tracking details, approved language and private commercial terms.

2. Disclosure and advertising rules

Approved creators must clearly disclose any commercial relationship, sponsorship, referral reward, affiliate relationship, free access, discount or other value received in connection with HubSecure. Disclosures must be clear, hard to miss and placed with the endorsement or promotional message itself.

Partners and creators are responsible for complying with applicable advertising, consumer protection, endorsement, platform and local disclosure rules in every market where their content may be viewed.

3. No misleading claims

You must not make false, exaggerated or unsupported claims about HubSecure. This includes claims about compliance status, security certifications, financial results, legal outcomes, AI accuracy, regulatory approval, customer savings or guaranteed revenue unless HubSecure has approved the exact claim in writing.

  • Do not present HubSecure as certified, regulated or formally approved by a third party unless HubSecure confirms that claim.
  • Do not promise customer savings, revenue growth, legal outcomes or compliance outcomes.
  • Do not imply you speak for HubSecure unless written authorization says so.

4. Brand and content standards

Partners must promote HubSecure in a way that protects customer trust and avoids low-quality or misleading demand generation.

  • No spam, scraped lists, fake scarcity, fake reviews or misleading testimonials.
  • No hidden paid posts or buried affiliate disclosures.
  • No use of HubSecure branding in a way that suggests employment, agency authority or official endorsement unless approved.
  • No bidding on HubSecure trademarks in paid search without written permission.
  • No coupon-only, incentive-only or low-intent traffic unless explicitly approved.

5. Rewards and private terms

Commercial terms, referral rewards, commissions, tracking windows and payout rules are private and only apply after written approval. HubSecure may withhold or reverse rewards for fraud, duplicate referrals, self-referrals, policy violations, chargebacks, refunds or customers who do not meet qualification rules.

6. Confidential information

Private pricing, roadmaps, product access, campaign instructions, unreleased features, performance data and partner terms are confidential unless HubSecure confirms otherwise in writing.

7. Termination

HubSecure may suspend or terminate partner or creator participation at any time. Sections covering disclosure, misleading claims, confidentiality, brand restrictions and payment reversals continue after termination.
