No. Free is a sandbox for one admin with demo data only. It is useful for exploring the product, but it has no production use, no AML screening and no support SLA.

Calendar gives your team shared scheduling with CRM-linked meetings, client appointment booking, LiveKit video and iCal sync — all within the same workspace, with a full audit trail.
Yes. Paid customers can start with a guided trial and onboarding path. Regulated teams should book a demo so we can map data residency, DPA, AML workflow and migration requirements before production use.
Currently hosted in Singapore (Equinix SG3). We sign custom DPAs and EU SCCs are included for all EU/EEA customers. EU infrastructure (Frankfurt) is planned for Q3 2026.
Founding pricing is the primary public discount. Non-profit and partner cases can be reviewed individually, but discounts do not stack and usage add-ons remain at list price.
Cancel any time — no lock-in on monthly plans. Annual plans don't renew after cancellation. You can export all data (JSON, CSV, PDF) within 48h of request under GDPR right to portability.
